All participants are encouraged to arrange a vehicle inspection at your preferred Porsche Centre prior to the event.

Terms & Conditions

Cup cars are not permitted in the Porsche Open Track Day.
Each participant is limited to TWO accompanying guests.
Participants must present their valid driving license during registration.
SIC and Porsche indemnity forms must be signed as a pre-requisite to the Porsche Open Track Day.
Porsche track safety regulation consent form must be signed as a pre-requisite to the Porsche Open Track Day.
All participants must be 21 years old and above.
Participants are required to wear covered shoes for the driving activities.
Payment is non-refundable for ‘no-show’ i.e. if the participant is absent on the event day.
SDAP reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and event flow at any time.
All second drivers are not allowed to drive other vehicles during the event.
Cup car only allows ONE driver. No second driver is permissible.

RIGHT TO USE: By attending the event, I acknowledge and consent to photographs and electronic images (including, but not limited to, moving images) being taken of me and my guest (if there’s any) during my/ our participation in the event. I acknowledge and agree that such photographs and electronic images are owned by Sime Darby Berhad and it’s group of companies, affiliates, employees, representatives, partners and agents. All recordings, articles, quotes, photographs, films, audio or video and/or any reproductions of same in any form, are the property of Sime Darby Berhad. *

I/We hereby irrevocably and unconditionally agree that I/we shall be strictly liable and fully responsible for any and all loss, damage, claims, demands, liabilities, theft, death, personal injury, property damage, actions, suits, proceedings, penalties, costs and expense including but not limited to damage to the venue of the Porsche Open Track Day or any part of the premises of Sepang International Circuit arising out of, as a result of or in connection with my/our act, omission, negligence, default or misconduct or such act, omission, negligence, default or misconduct of my/our officers, employees, agents, representatives and/or contractors. *

I/We shall indemnify and keep SDAP and its officers, employees, representatives, agents, organizer, official and authorized agency, contractor, vendor, service provider and/or any person fully indemnified against any suits, actions, claims, demands, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, charges, fees, penalties, expenses and/or costs (including any legal costs on a solicitor-client basis) arising from, as a result of, in connection with and/or in relation to my/our and my/our officers’, employees’, agents’, representatives’ and/or contractors’ act, omission, negligence, default and/or misconduct.
